We've got a GREAT recipe for you this week using our Cheese of the Week- Mapledale Roasted Garlic and Rosemary! Grab yours for 10% off this week and get cooking!

🧀 🍄 Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
12 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
1 cup Mapledale Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Cheddar, grated
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for topping)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Mushrooms:
Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Arrange them on the baking sheet, hollow side up.

Make Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix together the grated Mapledale Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Cheddar, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.

Stuff Mushrooms:
Spoon the filling generously into each mushroom cap, pressing slightly to pack it in.

Add Breadcrumb Topping:
Sprinkle a pinch of breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom for a crispy topping.

Bake:
Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Serve:
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm. These make a perfect appetizer or snack!
